Adrian and his team did a complete renovation of our 100 year old home that needed brand new plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and practically everything else. They went through the very challenging Miami permitting system from beginning to end, working with our architect and us ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. We’ve been living in our home now for almost a year and couldn’t be happier with the results. Just wrapped up our bathroom renovation with A&G construction and it has been such a wonderful experience. From day one, Adrian has been the most down-to-earth person we have ever hired to work on our home. He set expectations early, communicated well, listened to our concerns, and gave genuine feedback on how to make our vision better. His team of tradesmen were all very organized, speedy, and – most importantly – experts at what they do. To make it clear, we converted what used to be an old kitchen and an old bathroom into two brand new bathrooms. Full structural, electrical, ventilation, and plumbing changes were needed to make our vision a reality. There were a lot of moving parts to say the least – and the A&G team made it easy!
