As the President & CEO of A&G Construction Group, Adrian oversees various aspects of the company’s operations, including treasury management, investments, accounting, sub-contractor coordination, and project finances with vendors. Drawing on his background in real estate and real estate investing, Adrian’s primary focus is on building the company through strong customer relationships, exceptional service, and delivering the highest quality construction finishes. Adrian has demonstrated his attention to detail, organizational skills, and discipline, which make him a dynamic leader. He actively listens to his clients and strives to understand their needs, ensuring guaranteed satisfaction from start to finish. Under Adrian’s guidance and his professional relationships, our team consistently surpasses customers’ expectations on every project. Adrian holds a degree from Barry University and enjoys playing sports and fishing as hobbies. Boating and spending time with his family and dog “Champ” are his favorite pastimes.
Meet our VP Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, Jose is responsible for various tasks throughout the construction process, from beginning to end. He plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the company’s sub-contractors and vendors. With more than 30 years of experience as the owner of a Low Voltage Co., he brings leadership and supervision to each project team. Jose ensures that project schedules are met, safety policies are adhered to, and our quality control standards are maintained throughout the construction process. His focus, drive, and direct approach to problem-solving and management skills have been instrumental in driving the operations and overall success of the company’s growth. Jose is a graduate of DeVry University. He is happily married to his wife, Ana, and they have two adult children. In his free time, he enjoys riding his bike, playing pool, and his favorite pastime is boating with his family.
Meet our Superintendent
As Superintendent at A&G Construction Group, Alejandro is responsible for overseeing the final stages of the construction process and ensuring each project is completed with precision and quality. With five years of residential inspection experience, he brings a trained eye for detail and strong quality control to every project. Alejandro plays an important role in coordinating finishing trades, managing punch-list items, and maintaining clear communication among project teams. His attention to detail helps ensure that schedules are maintained and that each project meets both client expectations and the company’s standards of excellence. His organization, reliability, and commitment to craftsmanship help drive projects to completion smoothly and efficiently. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and relaxing.

Adrian and his team did a complete renovation of our 100 year old home that needed brand new plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and practically everything else. The team at A&G construction is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is plagued with inconsistency and unprofessionalism. Adrien was always available to help move things along when I was not able to do it and kept us informed consistently of progress on the job. The house was a complete disaster when he started and what we ended with was a house that could have been featured in any real estate listing proudly and with a high value.
